Visits to the office are by appointment only.  Thank you for choosing Counseling Solutions, Inc., a private practice owned by Nina K. Flowers, MEd, LPC.  Starting counseling is a major decision and you may have many questions.  Please call 703-858-5507 or email Nina@CnslSolutions.com to schedule an appointment or with questions about our services.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. If you cannot give 24 hours notice and can be fit into that week’s schedule there will be no fee.  If not, then there will be a cancellation fee.

Before You Visit
Before you come to the office for the first time, please print and complete the following forms.  If you do not have access to a printer, please plan on arriving at the office 30 min. prior to your appointment time to complete the forms.  Thank you.
