Support Groups

Counseling Solutions will be facilitating support groups as relevant topics are presented. See below for current support groups and schedules. You must register in advance for all support groups by calling Nina K. Flowers, LPC at 703-858-5507 or email your interest to nina@cnslsolutions.com. Ms. Flowers will need to speak with you prior to your attendance at a support group meeting.

Anxiety Support Group

If you are feeling restless, having difficulty concentrating, feeling irritable,
not sleeping, constantly worried or having panic attacks,
come meet with the support group to discuss anxiety with others
experiencing similar issues.

Anxiety Support Group Details:

When: Thursdays from 7:00PM until 8:30PM
Where: The Counseling Solutions Inc. office in Lansdowne VA
Cost: $25/session
Group size: 10 or fewer people
